You can get one of three things depending on which tier of the Subway Loyalty Program you are on.Pro members will receive their choice of free cookie. Captain members receive a free 20-ounce fountain drink and their choice of a free cookie. All-Star members will receive a free 6-inch sub of their choice. All birthday rewards are good for 2 weeks after the members birthday and can be redeemed in the Subway® app, online, or in-restaurant. Birthday rewards are subject to change.

The low down:
At one point their were more Subway's than McDonald's! That might be hard to believe, but its true. It was really easy to grab a sub and go. "Subway eat fresh" just had the franchise humming!
