Well, I was surprised that not all provinces offered this, considered the feds did. Or atleast the provinces not listed here did not make this service obvious on the website. Each one of these provinces listed, has a link to this service right off the home page of the Office of the Premier. Good for them for trying to connect.

- Alberta - Congratulatory 75th birthday scroll and every 5 years after
- British Columbia - Birthday greeting 75 years old + and Anniversary Greeting 25 years+
- Manitoba - Congratulatory 65th birthday greeting and every 5 years after
- New Brunswick - Congratulatory birthday greeting (doesn't seem to be an age restriction)
- Ontario - Congratulatory 80th+ Birthday
- Quebec - Congratulatory 60th birthday greeting and every 5 years after
