    Do not join the website if you want a birthday dinner in Canada. You are kicked out of your local club and I have not been able to remove my name from the website.

    My wife and I have belonged to the Birthday club for 7 years and have never had any problems. We receive our cards 3-4 weeks before our Birthdays.

      I updated the web address. Looks like they brought together the Canadian and US website. When you enter your email address, it still prompts you to enter your birthday. This deal likely still exists.

    I didn't receive an email for the birthday dinner after receiving it for 3 years. My friend registered a couple months ago yet didn't receive it either.
